A Word from the Owner
In one role or another, I've been in this industry for over 25 years and while I've seen a lot, I'm still learning everyday and striving to improve. At Trust Home Services Ottawa we offer a lean, transparent, quality driven product that our clients can get excited about.
The philosophy is very simple... provide as much value for the client as possible, while ensuring that if something isn't good enough for my home, it's not good enough for yours.
We never take on multiple projects at once. We work on one to two jobs at a time and as the owner, I am on the jobsite every day. This allows me to focus on a top-quality deliverable, while building a solid, Trust based relationship with my clients. Keeping the project volume at a manageable level lets me give each client the focus and attention they expect. This affords me the ability to sleep soundly every night knowing I’ve done everything I can to provide my clients with quality workmanship, and a project that gets completed ON TIME, and ON BUDGET.
My experience in the field and in the office along with my many long term relationships with reliable, proven and qualified designers, sub trades and suppliers, provides my clients with a value offering that is second to none in the Ottawa renovation industry.
